Ella is the driving force behind South East Conveyancing with profound experience in the Property Law sector for 20 years. She is qualified to practise in both Victoria and NSW.
Having started her career as a Junior Law Clerk, Ella worked her way through the ranks, completing her Associate Degree in Law in 2012 and becoming a Licenced Conveyancer and is also a Legal Executive in Victoria.
Ella has experience in Residential Conveyancing, Deceased Estate Property Transfers, Subdivisions, Retirement Villages, Farming and Intergenerational Property Transfers as well as Spousal Transfer files.
In over 20 years, Ella can safely say, she has seen every type of contract and experience possible in the residential, commercial and rural conveyancing areas from simple and straightforward conveyancing to some curly cases she and her team have worked through! All the while committed to delivering you, the client an exceptional customer experience.
Ella originally grew up in the Riverina area on a wheat/grazing farm and over her 20 plus year career, Property Law has taken Ella all over the country.
This includes experience in Coffs Harbour, the Riverina in NSW, Melbourne CBD, Melbourne South East Suburbs, East Gippsland and even extending to the Western area of Victoria of Shepparton, Mildura and encompassing all areas of the States of both VIC and NSW.

People ask how does the conveyancing process work? The majority of conveyancing is completed online these days through the PEXA Settlement portal. This includes dealing with those other parties involved in your property transaction, organising and submitting the numerous legal documents required for you, as well as preparing and reviewing contracts to protect your interests
We can’t guarantee that there won’t be hiccups. There may be some minor hitches from time to time as conveyancing is a complicated process. Sometimes searches can highlight previously hidden aspects. However, we do guarantee we will manage the process, acting proactively to minimise any stress points for you.
South East Conveyancing will be with you every step of the way through the entire property transfer process with our trademark regular communication so you know what is happening. We give you an estimate of fees you may incur, including Stamp Duty and registration charges.
We thoroughly prepare all necessary documentation, including Transfer of Land and any declarations required by the State Revenue Office. Our conveyancing team will then ensure all relevant parties receive their required documentation, properly completed. Finally, we’ll follow up during the settlement process to ensure the house deed transfer has been completed correctly.
